Charleyyy is a being of pure joy who's power is only matched by Jeffy himself. He is Stage 9 on the Danger Level only due to his immense power. Charleyyy is able to manipulate reality if only for comedy. Charleyyy was originally a TV star loved by millions before the Pound Of Flesh Exchange. For now, he only wishes to make people laugh and in these desperate times, he is welcomed by all.
